Location. Yepton Estate Cottages bask along nearly one acre of landscaped grounds adjacent to a saltwater lagoon in St. John's on the island of Antigua. Loblolly Beach, also known as Yepton Beach, stretches one quarter mile from the cottages.
Features. Fresh produce and local catch create the elements for meals grilled on the cottages' barbecue grill. This property offers communication via wireless Internet access. A small outdoor pool provides cooling relief, or books are available at the on site library to those who prefer to read beneath a coconut palm. A terrace features pristine views of the grounds from the vantage of a softly swaying hammock. Additional property amenities include currency exchange, laundry facilities and complimentary parking.
Guestrooms. All four cottages feature kitchenettes with microwave ovens, refrigerators, cookware and coffeemakers. Complimentary wireless Internet access, cable television and CD/DVD players are provided in each cottage. Ceiling fans augment windows that open to salt scented sea breezes. The inviting one bedroom cottages feature queen size sleeper sofas, an armchair and original oil paintings. The dining areas open out onto furnished balconies. Bathrooms feature soft beige color schemes and feature artisan mirrors, antique style wash stands with modern fixtures, and modern showers. Bedrooms offer air conditioners and beds with 350 thread count sheets and Egyptian cotton mattress pads.

Five Islands, St. Johns, Antigua
From V.C. Bird International Airport:
Approximate distance to the property is eight miles.
Turn left when coming out of the airport complex and keep going straight at the first traffic light (Airport Road).
At the next set of lights, turn slightly to the right, staying on the main road (Queen Elizabeth Highway).
After passing the next traffic light there is a fork in the road, and keep to the left.
The road goes up a bit, past another set of lights, and then down with St. John's in full view (government buildings are on the right).
At the very bottom of the hill there is a traffic light.
Turn left at the light (Independence Road).
Turn right on Vivian Richards Street (this is not far and the road has a sign).
Cross the street at the bottom of Vivian Richards Street (All Saints Road) to the next crossing (Market Street/Valley Road).
Drive across and continue, staying to the right (a supermarket is on the left) on that road (Coastal Road) up (watch for sleeping policemen, i.e., speed bumps) and down a hill to a T junction.
Turn right (there is a sugar mill above on the right) and continue for about one quarter mile to a roundabout.
Drive around roundabout to the right.
Continue up and down hill directly into the Coconut Beach Club entrance gate.
Drive into the premises and immediately after entering, turn right.
There is a sign for the Yepton Estate Cottages.
