Location. Hotel Le Lausanne in Nice, France, is 600 metres from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches of the Cote d'Azur. The Matisse and Marc Chagall Museums, and the bars and restaurants of the Old Town are one kilometre away. The hotel is 600 metres from Nice train station.

Distance to Hotel Le Lausanne is 6 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Hotel Le Lausanne is on rue Rossini in central Nice. Taxis from the airport cost about 20 EUR 25 EUR to Nice, 61 EUR 67 EUR to Cannes, and 67 EUR 72 EUR to Monte Carlo. There are additional fees for motorway tolls and extra luggage, and fares are more expensive at night. Gare St Augustin station is 500 metres from the terminals; trains run from here to Nice Gare Ville station, around 600 metres from the hotel. (number 500), Monaco (number 100), and Cannes (numbers 200 and 210). Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Nice city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, particularly the seafront and Vieux Nice. Parts of central Nice are pedestrianised. Buses operate within the city centre and along the Cote d'Azur. Driving is not recommended within the city, and taxis are expensive. There is car parking nearby.
