From London Heathrow Airport:
Approximate distance to the hotel is 32 km (20 miles).
Getting there. From the airport take the Underground's Piccadilly Line to Acton Town, and from there change to the District Line which travels to Aldgate East Underground station, located 100 metres from the hotel. Taxi cabs are also readily available at the airport.
Getting there. The easiest way to get around London is by using the Underground or bus services. Alternatively black taxi cabs can be hailed in the street.
London charges congestion zone fees within clearly designated areas of the city. Those who operate vehicles within these zones are assessed daily fees that apply Mondays through Fridays.
The money saving Oyster Card is a smartcard that stores up to 90 pounds of pay as you go credit. It can be used on the Tubes, buses, DLR, trams and select national rail services throughout London. Oyster Cards are less expensive than single fares, and daily price capping automatically calculates the least expensive fare for single day journeys.
