The Radisson Resort at the Port in Cape Canaveral, Fla., is located near Port Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center, historic Cocoa Village and Cocoa Beach. Set on nine acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this Caribbean style resort's pink buildings and green patina roof evoke the feel of an island getaway. The lobby is decorated in brightly covered furnishings and airy, floor to ceiling windows that welcome leisure and business guests alike. Colorful fish ponds, serene palm trees and tropical flowers are scattered among the secluded green parrot population on the resort. In the courtyard, the sundeck wraps around a grotto style outdoor splash pool with waterfall and spa tub. The resort also provides complimentary shuttle service to Port Canaveral.
The hotel's in house restaurant, Flamingos, offers casual dining with views of the pool and sundeck. Breakfast buffets are available in the mornings, and fresh seafood specialties and chicken dishes are served for lunch and dinner. Resort amenities also include a fitness center, private tennis courts, spacious conference and banquet rooms, and concierge services. The lively Caribbean theme is carried through to guestroom d�cor in pastel colors, tropical print bedspreads and light oak furnishings. Amenities include the luxurious Radisson Sleep Number bed, satellite television, high speed Internet access, coffeemakers and complimentary toiletries.
